Alot of crazy shit happened at EVO this year, the biggest fighting game tournament in the world. Besides 8-year old Noah destroying a good bit of the competition, two moments made me jump out of my seat.

Street Fighter Cameo In Panty and Stocking With Garterbelt Anime?

I just watched episode 10 of this series (which I highly recommend) again and I noticed something. This anime makes a lot of references to popular movies or shows but this one, if intended, wasn't too direct. And you can't deny. This looks like or is Guile. Look at the hair, that hamburger, and the DOG TAGS MAN! THE DOG TAGS!!! Maybe that's Abel too!
