I'm not even counting the delays anymore. I have Forza 3 to hold me over until this game's inevitable release. We can now forget about the Nov 2nd release date and play other big titles that will be out. The excuse for the delay this time is the same as it was last time or at least similar. Here's what SCEA producer Taki Imasaki had to say on the Playstation blog:
We sincerely apologize to GT fans for the delay, however, creator Kazunori Yamauchi and the team at Polyphony Digital want to make certain they are creating the perfect racing experience, and we are confident that this ambitious game will exceed expectations when it launches.
We'll have more information for you in the near future, but said that it will be coming this "holiday season."
Blah, blah, blah. We can all wait on perfection! Go ahead and throw some crazy stories out there that could be the reason for the delay. Like maybe.....this being released on the 360!!!!
