Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune has announced that he will be leaving Capcom at the end of this month. The former head of Research and Development had been with Capcom for 23 years. Recently, Inafune had expressed his disappointment on the current state of the Japanese gaming industry. He believed that the Japanese gaming industry was finished, made awful games, and that developers weren't taking the job serious. Inafune announced his retirement on his blog in an entry titled "Sayonara." This is probably shocking news to most Mega Man fans. Inafune was also attached to huge projects such as Mega Man Universe and Mega Man Legends 3. His career is in no way over as he stated he only reached his peak at Capcom. After 23 years, I'd probably be looking for a new home and some new air to breathe too.

New Mega Man 8-bit Deathmatch Trailer
Also check out the weapons trailer below!
Plenty of weapons for 8-Bit destruction! If Capcom was smart (they can be sometimes), they would hire this guy and release this game on consoles! That would be a great idea and a break from all those fighters they plan on releasing.

Mega-Man Universe Gameplay Trailer
Uhhhh. Erhm. Well. Right that first trailer was confusing to most people but this new one showing gameplay has me confused still. It looks and plays just like Mega-Man, but something still seems off to me. Maybe I needed to see some Ryu gameplay. NO WAY!!!!

Mega Man 8-bit Deathmatch
I forgot all about this game. I just randomly stumbled across again and downloaded the demo which I didn't know was out. It is amazing! I'm not going to sit here and sing songs about it. Just download it and see for yourself! It's the demo from SGC (ScrewAttack's Gaming Convention). I can't wait for the final product!
Download it here! Also check out Cutstuff for more info!
