New Gears of War 3 Campaign Trailer

Two things about this trailer. 1. Wasn't as "EPIC" as I thought it was going to be. 2. War Pigs?

Phantom Breaker Gameplay!

Phantom Breaker is a 2D fighting game being developed by 5pb. It's an Xbox Live Arcade exclusive being released April 28th in Japan. The characters were designed based on art from visual novel artist, Hiro Suzuhira. In the video cross-dressing, kickboxing champ, Yuichiro Nagashima (left) takes on Japanese Idol Rose Gardenfairy (right). They actually do a decent job showcasing some of the game's mechanics. The game also looks completed if it's not already.

Thanks Kotaku!

Catherine Demo Is Live!!!!

Download it ASAP!!! You have to have a Japanese Xbox Live account and it has to be a Gold account of course. If you don't know how to make one, I could assist or you could go here. If you have a Japanese account and it's Silver, you'll have to wait until February 3rd to download the demo. :(

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World Xbox 360 DLC Not Working [Update]

As long as Scott Pilgrim fans have been waiting on the Knives Chau DLC for Xbox 360, when they finally do get it, it doesn't work. The DLC priced at 160 MS points can be downloaded, but apparently an update is required for it to actually work. Get it together Ubi!

Update: A patch was released and it works now!

Xbox Fall Update

So finally the big fall update is available for EVERYONE.  This new update adds Kinect support, ESPN, updates to Zune and Netflix, and also other improved features for all 360 consoles. I've had the preview for awhile but I'm finally glad it's officially out. While in the preview, I had to update my 360 almost every single time I turned it on. Drove me insane! Also alot of the Avatar functions were disabled, (not that I cared for that) but one thing I've definitely been enjoying was the slick new interface and the edition of ESPN.

I just heard about DirecTV dropping G4 so could you give us that Microsoft? Probably not. But along with this update make sure you update your room for Kinect. Unlike this family, I damn sure don't have enough room to use it. Maybe I could buy download from space from the Marketplace.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Launch Trailer

I really want this, but then again...I don't. To me, this game is just like what Call of Duty: World at War was to the World War II based Call of Duty games. We'll see though. If alot of my buddies get it, I'll probably pick it up....

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 TGS Trailer

This is the 6th and I'm guessing last trailer for this game. The only thing left to do now is to buy the game. Some have gotten their hands on it already!

Anamanaguchi Coming to Rock Band

And they are coming out of Mario's 8-bit pipe into the Rock Band Network (RBN) ! The song is their single, "Airbrushed," which will be one of the first songs to use RBN 2.0's new features which allows you to play chiptune sections with the Rock Band 3 keyboard. The song will be released after RBN 2.0 goes live. I think it should be an official release and advertised on the XBL Marketplace and PStore.

Gears of War 3 Delayed

*sigh* This has to be the biggest delay that I was NOT expecting. Gears of War 3, which was supposed to be released April 8, 2011 (Seven days before my birthday T_T ), is now being pushed back another five months and now has a vague "Fall 2011" date. Why? I don't know because I'm pretty sure this game was well on it's way to completion. My guess is because of marketing. All the MAJOR Halo games and stories are completed and now Microsoft needs a new flagship title. Microsoft is probably pushing for a September release which was the same as Halo 3 and Halo: Reach. "Milk" titles as I call them. I might as well prepare for the onslaught of Gears of War chip bags and soda cans and bottles. Or it could be something else causing this delay that's been plaguing this series since Gears 1. GLITCHES.

Left 4 Dead's "The Sacrfice" DLC Trailer

The Sacrifice will be available next Tuesday (Oct 5.) for 560 Microsoft Points and free to PC and MAC users. The DLC is for both Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2. I'll get it but I won't be playing it anytime soon. I'll be too busy playing NBA 2K11 so let me know how it is!

Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare DLC Trailer

Okay. Red Dead Redemption is a good game. I don't mind the zombies but seriously I think I've had enough. Zombieland, Left 4 Dead, Nazi zombies, High School of the Dead, Dead Rising, etc. I'm full.

New Dragonball Raging Blast 2 Trailer

The gameplay looks incredibly fluid in this trailer. I hope it stays that way. Especially online! I can definitely see the improvements now though. The devs said that the GT storyline was irrelevant so let's hope they stick to those truths. I don't want to be playing this game for like six months and then have Raging Blast 3 announced with "GT STORYLINE!!!!!!!" So do you think this is the last Raging Blast? Instead of our pockets being emptied on redundant sequels, how about make something innovative? Sort've like what Tenkaichi was to the Budokai series (which I miss dearly).

Blazblue: Continuum Shift II Trailer Shows Two New Characters

The brief recorded trailer shows a brief glimpse of Valkenhayn Hellsing and Trinity the Platinum. The characters are getting more and more wackier. Especially with the addition of Trinity the Platinum.
