The Bastion Fun Never Ends

Bastion was one of my favorite XBLA titles this year. Besides the story and the gameplay, this game was blessed by having an amazing narrator. His work didn't stop at Bastion though!

Phantom Breaker Gameplay!

Phantom Breaker is a 2D fighting game being developed by 5pb. It's an Xbox Live Arcade exclusive being released April 28th in Japan. The characters were designed based on art from visual novel artist, Hiro Suzuhira. In the video cross-dressing, kickboxing champ, Yuichiro Nagashima (left) takes on Japanese Idol Rose Gardenfairy (right). They actually do a decent job showcasing some of the game's mechanics. The game also looks completed if it's not already.

Thanks Kotaku!

Monday Night Combat Title Update and DLC

Monday Night Combat, which was released on the Xbox Live Marketplace as part of the Summer of Arcade, is receiving DLC and a title update that fixes bugs and other issues based off of user feedback. The first batch of three DLC, which is free, will contain new content, gameplay adjustments, and more bug fixes. More info will be released closer to it's release.

Sonic Adventure Coming to Xbox Live Arcade

On September 15th, this classic Dreamcast title will be released to the Xbox Live Marketplace in HD for 800 MS points. I'm definitely happy about this. I let someone "borrow" (as in never give it back) this when I was young and never saw it again. I didn't even get a chance to finish it. Now I finally can! And PS3 owners? Sega says,"dont worry  — we’ll have more good news on that soon. Stay tuned!"
