If not, then this is some damn good mock. Engadget claims this is the real deal. It's believed to be running the Android 3.0 OS and have a Sony marketplace to download games. Other details include:
- 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655
- 512MB of RAM
- 1GB of ROM
- Screen Size: about 3.7 to 4.1 inches.
Better late than never Sony...I'd be focusing more on the PSP2 and it's features. If this phone does succeed, it will probably be because of the ability to use a D-pad to play games instead of tapping on the screen or struggling with a small keypad. This thing better pack a ridiculously high battery life!

and this looks exactly like it....but it's a phone (possibly)....looks interesting though. i'm curious about the specs.
